What happens when I join the team?

 Here it is:

• 5–10 hours/week (flexible depending on your availability)

• Internship duration: 6-months, with option to extend

• Fully remote

Ideal Candidate:

• A Christian woman who is passionate about holistic health and wellness

• Self-motivated, organized, and excited to learn

• Comfortable with basic tech tools (Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, etc.)

• Interest or background in health, communications, ministry, or marketing is a plus—but not required!

While it's not, we have a lot to offer our valued interns:

1. Hands-On Experience with Real Impact

Let them know they won’t just be observing—they’ll be contributing to something meaningful. Whether it’s content creation, podcast prep, social media support, or community engagement, make sure they feel like they’re part of your mission to help women take back their health.

2. One-on-One Mentorship

Offer regular check-ins or mentorship sessions. This could be once every 1–2 weeks where you answer questions, give feedback, share how you built your business, or talk about functional health and your Biblical approach to wellness.

3. Behind-the-Scenes Business Training

Teach them what you’re doing as you do it—explain how you run launches, create offers, plan content, or organize your email list. This is gold for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, health coaching, or ministry-based business.

4. Free Access to Your Programs or Courses

If you have digital resources, protocols, PDFs, or past workshop replays—give them free access. That way they’re gaining knowledge even outside their internship hours.

5. A Strong Reference + LinkedIn Recommendation

Promise them a glowing letter of recommendation and/or a LinkedIn endorsement when the internship ends—especially if they show strong work ethic and growth.

6. Networking Opportunities

Invite them to any Zoom meetings, virtual events, or networking calls with collaborators or mentors (when appropriate). It helps them feel included and makes this more than a solo experience.

7. Resume Building Projects

Frame each task in a way that shows how it builds their portfolio:

• “You’ll create social media content using our brand voice.”

• “You’ll help plan and outline podcast episodes that reach thousands of women.”

• “You’ll manage backend systems like Airtable, Trello, or ConvertKit.”

8. Spiritual Encouragement

Since your brand is deeply rooted in Scripture, this could be a beautiful part of their experience—praying together before meetings, sharing devotionals, or inviting them into your Biblical perspective on health and calling.
