1. Anatomy & Physiology: The Body by DesignÂ
Explore the intricate design of the human body through a Biblical lens. This course provides a foundational understanding of each body systemâincluding the nervous, endocrine, digestive, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal systemsâand how they work together to maintain health. Emphasis is placed on how God intricately wove these systems together to support life and healing.

2. Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Foundations
From sleep hygiene and stress resilience to spiritual rhythms and boundaries, students will learn how to coach clients in simple, sustainable lifestyle shifts. This course emphasizes Godâs original design for daily rhythms, Sabbath rest, and emotional safety as part of holistic healing.

3. Pathophysiology: When the Bodyâs Signals Go Off Track
Learn how chronic illness and dysfunction develop by understanding how disease affects organ systems. Students will study inflammation, cellular stress, and degenerative conditions from a functional perspective, connecting symptoms to deeper imbalances. This course equips students to see symptoms not as enemies, but as messages from the body asking for help.

4. Foundational Lab Kits in Virtual Practice
Explore non-invasive functional lab kits like HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis), saliva hormone testing, gut transit tracker- time assessments, and DNA panels. This course teaches students where to order, how to assess, and educate client on results ethically in a virtual or private practice setting.

5. Functional Nutrition Foundations
Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools in functional healing. This course covers essential nutrients, hydration, mineral balance, phytonutrients, zoonutrients, and the foundations of food-based healing. Students will learn how to assess food quality, analyze intake, and begin teaching clients how to eat in a way that supports the bodyâs God-designed processes.

6. Movement & Functional Fitness
Movement is a vital part of healing. This course teaches students how to create personalized, sustainable movement strategies that support lymphatic flow, hormonal balance, detoxification, and nervous system regulation. Includes posture awareness, breathwork, and Biblical stewardship of the body.

7. Introduction to Homeopathy
Learn the foundations of classical homeopathy, its historical roots, and how to use this modality responsibly and ethically. Students will be introduced to common remedies, dosing strategies, and when homeopathy may be an appropriate adjunct to nutrition and lifestyle changes. Discussion will include how to approach this modality through a Biblical worldview.

8. Client Protocol Creation & Biblical-Functional Health Coaching
This course teaches students how to co-create safe, effective client protocols using functional health priorities. Students will learn to assess health history, labs, and client goals, and build phased, personalized plans rooted in both science and Scripture. Emphasis is placed on compassionate communication and client education and participation. This course includes 2 case studies.

9. Naturopathic Modalities & History
Students will explore the historical foundations of naturopathic medicine, its core philosophies, and the development of natural healing in the Western world. Modalities such as fasting, hydrotherapy, botanical medicine, and detox practices are studied from both clinical and faith-based perspectives.

10. Therapeutic Tools in Functional Practice
This course introduces students to supportive healing tools such as aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, hydrotherapy techniques, and iridology. Emphasis is placed on using these tools safely, ethically, and with Biblical discernment to complement nutrition, lab interpretation, and protocol design.

11. Applied Kinesiology (Intro)
Learn the basics of muscle testing and structural feedback. This course explores how physical touch, posture, and movement patterns offer insight into the nervous system and stress responses. Students will be guided in using this tool responsibly and with a strong ethical foundation.

12. Nutrition Response Testing (NRT â Intro)
Students will be introduced to the foundations of Nutrition Response Testing, including organ reflex points, nutrition-based assessments, and building protocols based on muscle testing outcomes. This course also covers scope of practice, client communication, and how others use this technique in their practices.

13. Functional Lab Analysis
This course trains students to look at common labs through a functional lens. Students will learn to look at multiple markers identifying patterns and connecting them to client's needsâeven when values are considered ânormalâ by conventional standards.

14. Herbology for Christian Practitioners
Explore how herbs can be used to gently and effectively support health, all through the lens of stewardship and discernment. Students will study herb categories, safe usage, preparation methods (teas, tinctures, salves), and protocols for common client needs like stress, digestion, and immunity.

15. Biochemistry for the Functional Practitioner
This course breaks down complex biochemical processes into simple, functional insights. Students will explore macronutrient and micronutrient metabolism, enzyme activity, detoxification pathways, and hormonal signaling. Practical application is emphasized, preparing students to understand whatâs happening âbehind the scenesâ of client symptoms.

16. World Health Systems & Traditional Wisdom
This course introduces students to major healing systems from around the world, including Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Native American healing, and naturopathy. Students will learn to honor helpful ancient wisdom while discerning practices that align with Biblical truth. A redemptive lens is applied to understand what can be integrated into functional health practice.

Practicum (50 Hours Minimum for Coaches & Practitioners)
This supervised experience gives students the opportunity to observe, support, or participate in client sessions under a mentor or through approved practicum hours. Internship may be virtual or in-person, and is designed to build confidence and competence in a real-world setting.
